Fresh fish purchased daily from Hibino Central Market is served as Mediterranean bistro cuisine! The two major specialties, carpaccio and bouillabaisse, are must-try! You can enjoy a variety of fish that change with the season, and the dishes are healthy and filling. The dressings are homemade and the elaborate dishes are fun, delicious, and sure to satisfy you! All-you-can-drink, including sparkling wine, is a great deal for the two-hour system (two and a half hours seating)!
